1. Purpose of the Agreement These Terms and Conditions regulate the contracting of services offered by Trámites Ciudadanos, which consist of the management and processing of various documents and administrative procedures on behalf of our clients.

2. Client Obligations To ensure the correct execution of the contracted services, the client undertakes to:

• Provide all information and documentation requested to complete the procedure in a truthful, complete and timely manner.

• Carefully review the requirements provided by Citizen Procedures and submit the documents in the required format.

Citizen Procedures will not be responsible for delays, cancellations or adverse results arising from the client's failure to comply with this obligation.

3. Validity of the Contracted Service The client may use the contracted services during the month following the date of contracting. After this period, the request will be considered expired, with no right to subsequent claims.

4. Refund Policy All payments made to Trámites Ciudadanos are final and non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the requested procedure. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Cases where the information provided by the client is incomplete or incorrect.

• Inability to complete the procedure due to reasons beyond the control of Citizen Procedures.

5. Limitations of Liability Trámites Ciudadanos acts only as an intermediary in the management of procedures and does not guarantee the response times or decisions of the competent authorities. The liability of Trámites Ciudadanos is limited to the scope of its management services, in accordance with the terms described in this document.

6. Confidentiality and Use of Data Trámites Ciudadanos undertakes to protect the confidentiality of personal data and documents provided by the client, using them exclusively for purposes related to the performance of the contracted procedure.

7. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions Trámites Ciudadanos reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be notified to customers through official communication channels.

8. Acceptance of Terms By contracting the services of Citizen Procedures, the client declares to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
